The BIS Code provides a measure of, risk due to earthquake, in a region by way of Zone category. There are four zones of increasing seismic risk from II, III, IV and V with V being the highest risk.
NCR lies in Zone-IV. This is a high seismic risk zone.
The structure of the homes that we build for you are designed by reputed Structural Engineers as per the latest BIS codes and the National Building Codes.
We encourage our Clients to get the structural designs vetted by independent government institutions like IIT Delhi, Roorkee or Jamia Milia.

Electrical and plumbing points are worked out in collaboration with the Client keeping in mind the various equipment and appliances used in a modern household.
Seepage, dampness, leaking plumbing are some of the worst enemies of built structures.
All piping and their routing is done to minimize joints and bends, prevent blockages and make maintenance and cleaning easy.
Pressure and smoke testing of all plumbing is done to ensure tightness.
