Our Roots
ABC-Residences is an outgrowth from AB Consultancy Group (ABCG), which is a full service building design and project management firm. ABCG design practice is rooted in sustainability and environmental concerns and has successfully delivered projects across building types – residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and industrial.
We are focused on creating distinctive buildings which are high quality as well as cost-effective.
The Founders
ABC-Residences started its journey with Rajiv Jain and Archana Jain. The architect couple are the founders of AB Consulting Group (ABCG).
Rajiv Jain
Graduated from IIT kharagpur (1994), a hands on architect and idealist.Trained with the famous architect Raj Rewal. Did four years working as a roaming architect with Society for Development Alternatives. Worked in earthquake effected Latur, Maharashtra, making schools in Rural Andhra Pradesh, Hospitals in Bodhgaya and training masons in Jammu & Kashmir.
He started his architectural practice in 1998 and has designed and managed residential, retail, business and institutional projects.
His success is based on a commitment to excellence, ensuring highest standards of craftsmanship quality and attention to detail.
Rajiv has developed a team to ensure everyone works to meet our Client’s requirements and expectations. Innovation and flexibility backed by integrity and experience are the cornerstone of his work ethos.
Rajiv Jain

Archana Jain
Graduated from Chandigarh College of Architecture (1994), did post graduate degree in management from FMS. She has experience with large interior projects with SWBI, Institutional architecture with Ar. Ashok B. Lal and Design development of complex Retail and Office projects with DLF Universal (P) Ltd.
She is a natural team leader. Our robust design development and construction management teams are a result of her intense involvement in developing the systems, programs and team skills.
Her work is integral to our delivery of innovative, customized and meticulously detailed solutions for our clients.
Archana Jain
