Material quality
We discourage site mixing for concrete, mortars and plaster material.
Ready mix concrete and pre-mixed mortar material for plaster and brickwork/blockwork of reputed brands like JK, Birla and Saint-Gobain are used.
Reinforcement steel shall be JSW or RATHI
Schedule
Fixed delivery time lines from the date of start of construction are incorporated in contract.
